The winner of the Great Gun Giveaway must be of legal age in the jurisdiction in which they reside and be eligible to pass background checks and required Federal, State and Local laws in order to take possession of the firearm. There is no cash equivalent and no person other than the winning person may take possession of the firearm. Failure to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws including, but not limited to, background checks for firearm possession will result in the forfeiture of the prize and another winner will be selected. Participants in the Great Gun Giveaway must be residents of the USA.

Entries will be accepted from the first day of the calendar month to the last day of the calendar month. Cut off is midnight (Arizona Time) every calendar month.

Entries will be pooled together and a winner will be randomly selected. The winner will be drawn by a corporate Officer of Davidson’s Inc. (dba GalleryofGuns.com).

Participants must provide Davidson’s Inc. with accurate information on the entry form. Davidson’s reserves the right to disqualify any participants if, for any reason, inaccurate or incomplete information is suspected.

Participants are allowed one (1) entry per month. Davidson’s Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any participants for making additional entries into the draw not in accordance with the Rule as outlined herein.

Participation by employees and contractors of Davidson’s Inc. is strictly prohibited in the Great Gun Giveaway.

Davidson’s maintains the rights to send the name of the entries to Primedia Inc. in order to award prizes of magazine subscriptions to the participants. This is based on qualifying criteria entered by the participants including the selection “Yes” to the question of the “Would you like to be notified of firearm related topics/products” and the indication of what magazine they would like to receive. By participating in the Great Gun Giveaway, permission is thereby granted to Davidson’s Inc. to include such information in their database. Participants may from time to time receive information directly from Davidson’s Inc. through GalleryofGuns.com if they so indicated they would like to receive this information. At anytime, the participants can unsubscribe from this information and Davidson’s Inc. will maintain such a mechanism to allow the participant to unsubscribe.

The winner of the Great Gun Giveaway will be contacted either by email or by phone, their name will be posted on the website as the previous month's winner. Winners have 30 days to respond to our contact or a new draw for the prize will be made.

This prize has no cash value or exchangeable cash value.

Davidson’s Inc. will assume no responsibility for the use of the firearm and the winner will be responsible for the proper safe handling and storage of the firearm as well as obtaining proper instruction for the safe use and handling of the firearm.
